Consider This:  You are the calm center that organizes the chaos into coherence. Where are you putting your attention?

So how are you right now – in the present moment?

Here we are, in the heat of summer, and I’ve noticed that the warm temperature affects each of us in different ways. Some want to run out and move, travel, get very active, while others choose to take a break, slack a bit, or hunker down with some good air conditioning.

Whatever your response to the heat is, take a moment to really feel into your body and understand what it needs to be at optimum function. Part of integrating body, mind and spirit is to give each some attention. Is your mind racing, sharply focused or still? Does your spirit soar?

Clarifying what is going on, both around us and within us, is the first step to being able to process life and find our center. One needs to calm down the stress response and get coherent.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help with that. It is a proven method for calming the stress response, and it can be learned quickly and used by oneself or with a coach.

Imagine being that calm centered individual who is able to deal with whatever comes with confidence and a peaceful heart. It’s possible.
