Spring is here! Wood energy abounds, the plants are pushing up through the ground, the trees are getting greener by the day as their leaves come in, and flowers amaze us with their colors. We also feel the urge to grow, to reach out and move forward.
It’s important to recognize the emotions running through our system. Confronting what is going on, both around us and within us, is the first step to being able to process life and find our center. It is almost impossible to deal with it all unless we calm down our stress response and get coherent.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help with that. It is a proven method for calming the stress response, and it can be learned quickly and used by oneself or with a coach.
