Consider This: How you feel and what you think about money determines the current state of your finances. It’s not the other way around.
How do we make sense of it all? Constant movement in and around us can bring us into confusion or even overwhelm.
Here we are in Winter, in a time of change and of drawing in, conserving our energy to be ready for the growth that comes in the Spring. There is so much going on in the world, how do we maintain a centered, focused mindset?
It helps to recognize the emotions running through our system. Confronting what is going on, both around us and within us, is the first step to being able to process life and find our center. It is almost impossible to deal with it all unless we calm down our stress response and get coherent.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help with that. It is a proven method for calming the stress response, and it can be learned quickly and used by oneself or with a coach.
Imagine being that calm centered individual who is able to deal with whatever comes with confidence and a peaceful heart. It’s possible.

A couple of months ago, I did a series of Facebook live videos tapping on various aspects of emotional stress coming out of the pandemic. I started giving tips in these videos on how to tap on oneself. (See an example of this on the right) This led to me giving tutorials to my friends to clarify their questions about how to proceed.
So, I am starting to offer one hour tutorials for a small fee. These are personalized lessons to answer questions about EFT and give advice on how to tap on yourself. If you are interested, Contact Me.
